I have trouble with the rubber tees that connect fuel line to injectors. Is there an after mkt syst em to replace these tees. Roy

John Deere has a kit to replace those with brass fitings and lines. Maybe TX Jim will chime in here. I replaced those on a 4440 2 years ago.

When you replace boots are you replacing ALL BOOTS at the same time?
Here's the later style leak-off line for a 4440.
RE27786 Fuel Line - LINE,FUEL LEAK-OFF ASSEMBLY ADD 143.34 USD

my 4430 has steel tees.I went to Deere years back to buy a replacement line. It was way over $100. I replaced the plastic tube with rubber chain saw fuel line.

KDEL and KDL nozzles on 4430. If I don't have them backwards KDL was first w/return lines on top.
KDEL had return lines on side of nozzle. Was used last year of 4430.
Early 4440 had same returns as late 4430. Next had one line w/holes and a different plastic tee maybe molded to line. Last had lines w/metal tees and should fit last year 4430.

After further research I think return line(RE27786) will fit but will also require 6 fittings(R87082) to attach line to injectors. Roy's 4430 engine SN should be above > 445570- to utilize the newer style line

Deere wants you to replace those fittings anyway on all. They use orings against injector instead of soft metal washer.
