Freind has a 4320 with hydraulic issues. He says his steering is very hard, no brakes and pto wont engage. Could the hydraulic pump be getting tired? Do these pumps have a destroking valve? I was thinking about sticking a pressure gauge in the scv and see how much pressure we were getting back there. Does anybody know how much pressure i should have out of the scv? Any other ideas? thanks!

Yes frt hyd pump could have a de-stroking screw. Stand-by pressure should be 2250 psi. How long since hyd filter was changed & sump screen checked/cleaned? Many frt hyd pumps have been replaced to find out the frt pump was fine.
