Here's a quick pick after we got back from the plow day today. Was too busy plowing to remember to take some pics. The three bottom we took didn't wanna play, so we borrowed another and kept going. There was a fella there taking pics, so I'll try to post those later.

We decided it was quicker to haul them there, rather than drive them. We put the plows on a trailer behind dads truck, rather than try to fit them on the goosneck.

You guys look like you know a thing or two about the 830 tractors. Mine has started leaking motor oil in to the transmission. I am told it could be the PTO drive seal behind the flywheel or it could be the main crank seals on the belt pully side. In your opinion, which of these is most likely to be the issue? Motor oil will drop by a bout 1 quart per hour when running. when not running it does not go down.

That 830 looks good Love playing at plow days we've got an
820 that we pull a 5-14 it drags it around in 4thgear and also
run a w600 IH pulling a 4-14 plow fun tractors at plow days

We noticed a small drip under the rear axle of the 830 when we loaded the tractors yesterday. When we got home, the drip was bigger. So today we pulled it into the shop to check the oil level. It was OK, but it appeared to be leaking at the buckle up joint between the transmission and rear axle. I grabbed a bolt and it was less than finger tight! All of them were backed out at least a full turn. I tightened up the ones I could reach from the bottom, but eventually I'll have to pull the fuel tank to get to the top bolts. Yea! Not...
