I know it can t be bought, but I know where there is an 830-I, one owner. I am just curious what the thing is worth, five coats of yellow,I have been told it will run but the clutch needs work. 2.000.00 or 50,000.00?

Rare as they are, few collectors seem to be interested in an Industrial except for parts and scrap metal.

A fellow collector nearby had a very nice one on Ebay a while back. He wanted $16,000.00 for it. Don't remember what it sold for, but I think it was under $12,000.00. I really wanted it, but don't have near that kind of disposable cash, and already have a Ag 830, so... I think sometimes I'd also like a 840, but that would really take up a lot of space, and my brother doesn't take out too many fence rows anymore to justify a toy to play with once in a while...

Thanks guys(I forgot about this post) he turned down 10,000.00. To me it is just a big ugly tractor that has worked really hard all its life. I would rather have a nice 720D

It's worth more to the owner to say no to a series of prospective purchasers . Than what the $10,000 is worth.
Wait for the estate sale and purchase for $5000
