Lately Dad and I are thinking we have too many tractors to keep running. We don't use them as much as we'd like to anymore and things aren't getting cheaper to keep operational. So on to business. We have: 830EL, 730D EL, 2 730LP's, 630 through 430W and then a 420U and a 320S. 9 total. Nothing we have is super rare, but the 320 is a slant steer that is 14th from end of production. All the 730's have wfe and all 730 through 530 have complete 3pts. The 420 is just a all green early model. The 430W has a direction reverser and HD fenders, but nothing else special.
We think we'd like to keep the 830, the 430, and one of the 730's, but wonder if the lot would bring better money, or does it matter? The neighbor also has a couple of early numbered models he wants to sell, so maybe an auction? There are no parade queens in the lot, but all are as mechanically sound as we can make them to our ability. So what say you all? Auction, or just advertise the ones we want to pass along? Thanks for your input.
