any sugestion on an oil filter that i can get
from an auto store or simular place? i usely just
order them from a JD dealer hoping to find cheaper thanks for all the replies

AR26350 is about six bucks at the dealer. How cheap do you need to go?

For me I never liked the ones Deere sells after I removed one and the paper outer wrap was all but gone.
I use the
Wix, Napa or Fram with a metal outer cover and they also come with the cover seal packing too.

The JD filter,AR26350,does not come with a cover gasket. The gasket,A519R,costs about five bucks.
