Need to know how long drawbar is for 40 utility tractor.is it flat or offset?

It's flat - at least my 40U (late version) is.

Will measure it when I remember to.

Serial no#62734 and up is flat. Early models were offset. Can't help with the measurement.

The 40 utility drawbar is flat and is 64" long. Has to be the longest drawbar Deere used.Thanks, Tom Ziegler

thanks for the info,now where can I look for one? Should be at Old Threshers in Mt. Pleasant on the 30th (my birthday).

just measured tractor and if it was 46" would be about the same as 3 pt arms. And for pto use would be about 14". Present drawbar is 30"X2 1/2".
