broke drill bit in carb passage. Dang!

I ordered the two long #53 and #40 drill bits to clean out passages on a dltx carb. It didn't take me long to break off the #40 one in the passage that goes down from the top of the carb next to the idle adjustment needle. (Yes, I was using it by hand.) Any ideas on getting it out? It is about 1/2" inside the passage. I've already tried tapping, heating, compressed air from the other side, and a grease gun with a needle tip. I had really high hopes for the grease gun. Carb is a DLTX 67 on an electric start B, if anybody has a rebuild-able one laying around. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! Morgan

One of the non-running Hs I got had the wrong carb. I assumed it was from a B. I will check the number.

I don't care about all that power...gas is too high.
Mine looks to be a DLTX10 maybe. Not worth the time to research what it belongs on right now.

Years ago I bought some tiny ac welding rods. Never seemed to be able to get them to weld as they would just stick to everything. May just work for this ???

Best chance to get the broken drill out would be EDM, but probably cost more than the carb is worth. Look for another one.
