3020 3 pt wont lift

Im finally gettin to the 3020 with the 3 pt. that wouldnt lift that we talked about a couple of weeks ago
I got the control valve off and am wondering if theres more of a problem?
with the load control shaft in place should the load control arm have any play front to back?

Yes it should have a little play,, was the follower arm standing up in the correct spot when you lifted the valve ??

yes it was but had moved to the right of the rockshaft cam ,because it came out from between the roller guide washers
I had a hard time figuring out where it was supposed to be because of the IT book I had borrowed described things differently .
this is how I put it back together .the control valve cam arm holds the load control arm lever forward against the rockshaft cam.I hope that was right .The 3 pt works now
