John Deere 301 R

I have a John Deere 1020 model 301R Does anyone know what the difference is in it a a regular 1020 or a 1020 301A? I am also looking for an operator's manual and would appreciate any tips on where to find one. Thank you.

1020 is ag tractor. 301 was industrial. Depending upon use probably had larger hydraulic pump, heavier front axle, etc.
Could have or not had 3 point or pto.

Do you know what the difference is between a 301 A and a 301 R? I have a owners manual for the A but I cannot find anything about 301 R

You sure it's not 301B?
Not an expert on industrials. I think the letter indicated whether it was a loader tractor, backhoe tractor, etc.
Never heard of R but that doesn't mean anything.
