Can someone tell me what the problem is with my JD 512 FEL ?? The hydraulic cylinders for the quick hitch do not move in unison any longer. The right side cylinder moves much faster than the left. What has happenen

Your timing rod that is at the bottom of the loader frame is either gone or the pins that hold it in place at one of the ends is missing or sheared off. Check those, with out that in place the easier of the two cylinders will always move first.

My 512 loader always shears a pin off on my timing rod (left side). Why does this happen and how do I fix it.

If it was my FEL I'd weld the rod to the brackets or move bucket cylinders very limited if not attached to an attachment. Have you tried a stronger pin?
