Is there a 630 service manual??

Does anyone know if there is a dealer service manual specifically for the 620 630 series tractor? I see them for lots of other models but not 620 630. Do you know what the service manual number is? Thanks, Eric.

There was not a 630 manual published. Was told is so close to the 620 it could not be justified. Who knows, my guess is the Tech. Writers were busy writing New Generation manuals. Guess only.

SM-2008 ,is manual # ; $50 a JD pubs,..... You might try E-bay, New re-print manuals, about $40 , I like them better [dif. bindings] let them lay flat , stay open to page...

Thanks for the help. The SM2008 is for the 60 tractor it looks like they never made service manuals specifically for the 620 & 630. Davenport Tractor reproduces it so I will get it there.

Many years ago I ordered a service manual for my 630, and they sent one for a 60. I quizzed them about it, and they insisted that it was the only choice - that or none - so I kept it. Watch the headers at the top of the pages! There are at least a couple of places that they show stuff for the wrong tractor, in other words - a 3 inch main journal when it is actually 4 inches. I finally noticed that the header was for a JD B model tractor.
