237 picker on side consile 4020

I'm preparing my 1969 JD 4020 gas to install a 237 picker just wondering if there is any issues with the hydraulic controls with the picker installation or any other surprises. I have rear wheels moved out and wow its sure wide and still the fenders to take off as well as the 3 point arms.

It should not be a problem as my Dad put his 237 on a 2520 years ago.The sway blocks need to come off as well.

I even have a sales brochure that shows a 3020 with a roll-guard and roof under a 237 picker.It does not seem possible but it does look neat in the pic.Tom

I have the same brochure. In order for the Roll Gard to be used you have to have a picker late enough that the grease banks are on top rather than on the inside. Also, can you imagine how noisy it would be underneath that canopy? And how dirty? You wouldn't be able to stand up to get out of it. Mike

I agree with you Mike,, and I have only seen them like that in the picture...It"s hard to imagine enough room for the roll gard...
