What is the proper procedure for adjusting the Throttle Valve Adjusting Screw under the hex nut on a Power Lift. My original service manual doesn't tell me anything. Thanks...

The throttle valve screw controls the lowering speed of the power lift. Turning the screw "in" causes the lift to drop faster and "out" causes it to drop slower. Adjustment is needed depending on the weigh of the implement.
