Value of John Deere LA Tractor

I have a John Deere LA Tractor that has been remanufactured (Not just rebuilt) to the extent of being nearly new. What is the price range I should ask for?

I have been kinda tracking this because I am tinkering with selling my LA as well. The oens on ebay that are for sale seem to be a lot of junk with high prices. I have seen very few rebuilt/restored LA's on there. That being said the common price of an LA was around $2,500 -$3,000. I think a good actual restored LA with tag, no implements etc would actually sell around $3,500. Add in implements, manuals, extra parts and I think you could start at $5,000 and realistically hope for $4,000 - $4,500.

If you count just parts, fluids, paint and repairs I have well over $6,000 into mine. Mine is a bit different of a restoration because I had someone I was paying to finish it after I had to move for work. They actually did more damage than good. They put a hole in the radiator, JB welded a jet into the carb, overspray on everything... the list goes on. If I didn't have that happen I would be around $4,000+ I would say. That is without needing rear tires or major engine work though. The engine was nice and tight and well within spec's. Every other bearing, seal, bushing and gasket has been replaced. Any worn shafts were sleeved or replaced with a good used part or NOS part. My original plan was to have a true restored show tractor. That was before a wife, kids, and before I actually had a use for the tractor. We now farm a few acres of veggies and the tractor is running without decals and final paint and being put to work cultivating and will help with plowing next spring.
