Update Roosamaster pump problem

Just wanted to let everyone know the the governor was the problem. When I took it apart the weights were in between the thrust washer and sleeve. When I rebuilt it I assembled the governor assembly vertically but put the pump horizontal to put the springs and linkages in. Then I tied back the throttle. Bad move. Today I put it together and left it in the fixture vertically, put everything together, tied the throttle back, Put it back on the motor and it works good. Thanks to everyone that helped. You guys sure are a big help to those of us that that want to do it ourselves but need some advice from experienced people who have done it before. Again Thanks alot,Ken
