What happened? 1938 Unstyled B

I have a "38 B that I have not ran for 3+ years.(its a hard starter) I spin the flywheel at least once a month to keep it loose. Yesterday I went to do my monthly spin and and it started as if on a compression stroke then screeched and now acts as if no compression. Mag snaps but flywheel spins effortlessly. Always had more than enough compression to turn rather hard. Now nothing. Is a couple valves stuck open? Have not had gas in her for a couple years. What do you guys think the problem is and what should I do to properly correct the problem? Thanks for your help!!

Push rod stuck in the valve guide, Take valve cover off and oil each valve. you can turn fly wheel and you can see which one is stuck. I take pair of pliers and twist the valve a little -or - tap it with a hammer LIGHTLY and that may free it up, I have done this in the past. Good luck . Ben

You were right Ben. 2 valves stuck. I just lubed them and tapped them back down. Thanks for your helpful advice.
