yes or no 720 diesel

I have a 720d with a pony motor. Pony was running when coil went out 3 years ago. I do have the coils just have not put them on. Pull it off once per year. I now am semi-retired and thinking about tackling this beast. Have tools shop and enough knowledge just never restored anything. I need to hear the voice of experience before moving forward. By the way, if I do it I am sure I will worry everyone on this site for suggestions. My farming tractors are a 4050. two 4020's and a 7200 john deere.

I think you should ask for B&D..or John T. on these.
There is a nice update for the Pony Ignition you should install, to save future Coil problems..
