Well, I took some advice from Roger and adjust the wear plates and hold downs.... wholly smokes. With a NOS (last year) bar with over serrated knives and new JD guards the other day it's back cutting pretty darn good. Zero knife chatter !!!!! Thanks Roger !!!

Check your knife head ball and socket for wear. Make sure it isn't worn and also causing hammering. If worn bad, it can cause wobble box to fail.

Extending the cutter bar will reduce plugging on the far right guard.

And the way to extend the cutterbar, actually the knife or sickle, is by adding a unique section to the knife. It is sometimes called a "section and a half".
