I believe after reading many different posts, that I have a worn sector gear leading to a wobbly wheel at high speeds. Is there a specific tool for removal? I have a gear puller but not enough clearance. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Jack the front end up a bit. And while doing so check the shaft play up and down and write it down for future use to shim it to spec. which I do not remember.
Now loosen the nut and with the front end up a bit all that weight will be working with you. Now get a BFH and something to protect the shaft end and give it a GOOD whack. Should come free.

specific tool, big hammer. Loosen nut on shaft, jack tractor up till wheels off ground. Give shaft a good rap- should come right off.

Mine used to do that. I thought the gear was bad. All it took was an adjustment to the eccentric bushing under the sector. I did take the sector and bushing out and it was a real b***h to get the shims lined up for the locking screw. Try adjusting it first.
