thanks for all the advice yesterday. I believe I have solved most of my problem. I have been restoring this tractor for some time and had it running in the past. it is 95% painted and wanted to make sure it is mechanically sound before I put everything together. I just started the tractor on a temp gas tank. I gave no thought as to how high I was hanging this tank. I was just forcing gas past the needle valve. water tower effect I will call it. she started on the third spin today and runs a lot better.
