I posted this winter that my 4230 with a Syncro trans had slow hydraulics. I am no closer. Odd thing is the hydraulics almost seem to work better or at least the same at an idle as at PTO speed.
Cleaned pump screen on the trans pump and changed trans filter, checked stroke control valve, no change. Checked shaft that drives trans pump it looks good, checked stand by pump pressure at the remotes its in spec. Currently all hydraulics work but very slow. If I steer it the remotes get very, slow. Ii I use the diff lock it slows down the remotes. The remotes both sets are very slow. I ordered a JD service manual since the small after market repair manual was of little help.
Any other things to check or common to go bad?
