JD 7520 Question

Hi am Gary from PA here. My brother and I bought a 1973 JD 7520 from Polk Auction in IN this passed Feb. Is there any way I could look and see where it was bought new at?

$26,375 according to the 2009 Edition of Hot Line Farm Equipment Guide. With that said, this sounds high to me. Can I get someone else to confirm this?

In answering Gary's question, Two Cylinder might be able to provide that info to you for a fee.

Josh, this book http://www.greenmagazine.com/shop.asp?cat=all&id=160 has a copy of the dealer price sheets for all 20 series models in it. Fully optioned, 26k would be about right.

This is what I get for reading late at night....the
inability to read posts! I'll second you on Two
Cylinder's service. They did the same thing for my
4520. If I remember right, it took them about 2
weeks to do the research and send the certificate
displaying the date of manufacture, options
included, and where it was delivered. I don't
remember how much it cost though.I don't think it
was too expensive though.
