4020rear main seal housing

Order new one from Deere.Sent me part no.R530322.Is this the right housing? Bolt pattern the same but not drilled for dowel pins on block.Do I drill the housing or remove the pins if it the right one?Part book shows it fitting combine on Deere search.

The newer modles don't use a dowel pin, which makes seal alinement a chalenge, I leave the bolts loose and install the seal, then tighten the bolts letting the seal line up the housing.

How far in do you install new type seal such as letting it bottom out or certain distance from end of crank

They are ornery to install with out the "handy-Dandy" tool, you need to tap the center "wiper" ring on and the outer seal housing a bit at a time till the inner ring is flush with the crank, then tap the outer seal housing in a bit farther with a small punch.
