Model 332 cannot raise or lower 50" mower deck

I have a model 332 tractor. Just took off the snow plow and installed the mower deck. Plow is a 4-way and works fine (up,down, left and right) but the mower deck won't move up or down. The lift cylinder (under fender left side rear) does not move. Does anyone have any idea what could cause this? It all worked fine last fall when i took the deck off and mounted the plow.

Did the rock shaft get rotated and tightened to keep the cylinder from moving for faster cycling time for your blade? Try adjusting that, I had a 300 that the wing nut tightened over winter and it wouldn't let me raise and lower the deck.

Is there a "cylinder lockout valve" installed in the deck lift circuit?

Ebay auction #111283616570 shows photos of how they are installed.

Did the deck hight adjuster at the rear end get turned so that it has
no movement anymore?
