Big bore gp value

I"ve come across a 1934 big bore gp it"s kinda a parts tractor, the only left is block head pistons crank manifold clutch, cut of wheels which aren"t very nice, junk fenders the guy wants $2000 is this a fair price?

Its a fair price for him.
Depends on how much you want it.
Ask yourself this question, is it to complete a project and you can"t find any parts that are priced cheaper?
Are you going to flip it and try to make a profit?
How much is it worth as a lawn ornament?
There is a lot of factors to consider.

I'd think if you add another 2,000 to that you could get a complete one in running condition.
Sounds high to me for not much left in unknown condition IE cracks in block etc.

I would look the block and head over close for freeze cracks. The head break in around the spark plugs and the blocks usually have an S shaped crack in the side. That price is probaly double it's value. There are some expensive and scarce things missing.
