...that needs to be changed if you are getting Hydraulic oil in the crankcase on a 630?

Yes, I believe so. We've been through this before, here, the drawing makes it look more confusing than it is, but it's the only seal in there 'cept the "O" ring that seals the idler shaft to the gov. case.
