Does power steering operate correctly? While you're waiting on pressure gauge you might consider checking to see if priority valve(parts keys #2-#7A or 7B) is stuck which could also limit pressure to RS & SCV's

Yes everything else works good ,steering, brakes, shifting, PTO, just the 3 point is real slow coming up with no load and the hydraulic cyl. will only raise the disk about 2 inches for about 5 tries after being first cranked cold and then will not do that much. The cyl. will hold the disk as far as the hydraulics will raise it, so I figure the cyl. is good if not, when I let off on the lever after getting it up 2 inches the disk would lower itself. From what I can gather from reading on it, the tractor will run fine without the hydraulic cyl. and 3 point working. If I can not find the problem soon I will put my 12V dump bed hyd. pump on the disk to raise and lower it to get the ground ready for soybeans. Then go into the main pump when I have time this summer. Thanks

My thought is to turn the pump screw in a couple of rounds and see if it gets the pressure up to over come the priority valve...
