Well we final got some rain so been stuck in shop for last week catching up on some farm maintenance at last and found time to pull my new toy in. When i bought it it was blowing exhaust back through the air cleaner thinking it was just a stuck valve and asked for ideas on here. Turns out some one has been in moter which i knew as they don't come with half a tube of gasket goo hanging out sump but old mate didn't know what happened. Some one broke the oil feed stud to the rockers and replaced it with a standard bolt from hardware and the rockers haven't been getting oil. Luckily they have only chewed out the bushes so far. So i got the new bushes and found a replacement stud as they are nla and ready to go back together but i forgot to ask at dealer what the valve clearance should be? Being a day ahead of you guys its the weekend here so if some one can help me it would be greatly appreciated.
