Fillmore/GreenMark Equipment?

I see all of the ads for Fillmore Equipment in SW Michigan say GreenMark Equipment now,along with a bunch of dealerships in NW Indiana. From the dots on the map,looks like 16 locations now?
Who took over who? Did Fillmore buy out those other dealerships or did somebody else buy them all?
Voelker in Big Rapids and Lake City has to have a giant bullseye on their back with only two locations.
 
Gilsinger in Leesburg, Indiana changed their name to Greenmark. They have 4 or 5 stores in northern Indiana. Gilsinger has been in busness a long time. Have to pickup parts this afternoon, I'll shake the bush and see what falls out.
 
According to the parts manager in Leesburg, Gearmore, Gilsiger, Gearmark & Fillmore are partners. Seems Mother Deere had something to do with but didn't say what. Gilsinger has as far as I know store's in Winamac, Knox, Plymouth, Leesburg, Mishawaka & Goshen. Geramore has one in Monticello. The other two I have no clue. You heard it on the internet, so has to be true.
