2630 Deere slow 3 point response

This is in response to TX Jim's earlier help with my John Deere 2630 slow rock Chef response issue. Power steering line is okay, standby pressure is okay, filters and sub screen okay, disconnected the Remotes., rebuilt the loader valve, rebuilt the hydraulic cylinders, rebuilt the rockshaft cylinder with no misting under the cap. Could someone please post a diagram of the 2630s rock shaft three point linkage adjustments and the depth control lever linkage adjustments? Any other ideas or suggestions are welcome. Once you operate the loader valve or turn the steering wheel, the three point works at normal speed for one cycle. If not the three-point comes up really slowly, unless it is underload such as a big bale of hay.

The problem is most likely in the priority valve under the right floor board, I have been changing the entire valve (you need to order each part separate) the sleeve wears in the bore of the housing and can cause the trouble your having..

Tim, you think it's the priority valve even if all other functions (loader, steering) are working correctly? I have been noticing a vibration under my right foot that is very noticeable lately....

I have been seeing that a lot around here, one of the things is it shows up when under full throttle, then shut it off for a bit and re start it works fair till you go full throttle again, the oil pressure gets past the inner spool and throws it into a hydraulic lock, but this affects the loader too...

Yes you can pull the line going into the valve and run the loader but it kills the steering when you use the loader,,these old utility systems are crapp,, I just hate to deal with them,, I got a 2755 in here yesterday with hydraulic issues,, it's on the plate for this week along with a 3010 with a counter shaft stripped out in it,, and a 4960 that is spread all over the shop right now...

What was stand-by pressure when you checked it? Have you ever inspected the hyd filter relief valve???? Did you check loader valve to be sure it was operating as a closed center valve? Does your tractor have hyd ind pto(lever between gear shift handles) or hyd hi-lo/reverser?

The adjustment procedure for L/D control mechanism is outlined in a JD utility tractor tech manual of which I have none. Maybe someone will post it as there's several steps with measurements.
