Electric fuel pump on 8230

Does the transfer pump, pump fuel when fuel filter change by simply turning on switch?

Yes it does, cycle it 2-3 times, 30 second intervals and your good to go.

This one will not pump with the switch on, not my tractor but just wondering if there is some switch or solenoid or fuse.

There is a fuse panel behind the seat, you could check to see, will be the mini fuses.

Most of the time when the transfer pump goes out, you will get an ECU code. If when you turn the key on you get nothing at the pump, check fuses, but 99% of the time it needs a new pump.

1200 or so for the pump, easy to swap out.
