Maybe Ebay ? Or place a wanted ad on this site.

I lucked out years ago I went to buy some B rims from a fellow and seen a flat belt laying there and made a deal on it too. It came in handy for belting up to another tractor at times. You can belt start then by yourself. Hard to chain start them without a GOOD helper.

If you have a friend with a round baler that uses belts, perhaps you can obtain one of his worn out belts. It could still work for your use. Or buy a new baler belt from TSC or other farm store. They are available in various widths and can be cut and spliced to your needed length.

Knew a guy with a 730 and MD. He regularly pull started one of them by himself. Once he had seat damage because he could't get from one to the other quick enough.

I was just researching this last week.
Hit 'n Miss antique engine repair has original 6" belting and lacing materials.
Do a google for Hit 'n Miss.
6" 3 ply belting about $5+ foot.

Watch the photo ads in the "parts" category. There is a fellow in Mo. that advertises a belt every so often.
