Larry, Saw where Steiner has them in there 2014 catalog. M,40,320,420's are 40.75. The 430,440's are 49.00 They claim USA made!

Dave Cook and Lavoy Wilcox were both carrying them. Don't know their supplier though.

I bought one for my MT from Sharp's a few years back. Claimed to be made in USA also. Quality was good when I got it and it fit no problem.
