830 hydraulic cylinder hanger

I am looking for some help identifying the difference between cylinder hangers aka transport arms A4452R (Cranking engine start) and R21116R (Electric start). Is there a difference? Thanks for the help.

I've got an elec start with dual hyd's. Near as I can tell, the difference was that the inner cyl hanger was bent to peek out from under the larger battery box. I haven't found one for myself yet. I think the inner one is part # R21116R. However, I'm not sure, just what I think. I had one I bought at one time, however all I got was an empty box with a hole in it and a claim with UPS (they paid).
