What would cause the control on my side console to creep up, does not matter witch way they are hooked up,(running single action, like a mower bar) just had them rebuild about 100hrs ago. This is on just one control. Thanks Brent
 
One of the pressure poppet valves are leaking past AR86535, The valve needs re-built, if you want to send it to me I will re-build it and bench test it..

have any idea what may cost? Is this something they missed the first time or just skipped thinking it looked ok. Had it done at the dealer. thanks Brent

It could be as simple as a mal-adjusted valve(too close clearance) or an overlooked bad valve seat.
 
I didn't realize a dealer had worked on it,,,but they may have not actually went clear through it,and the adjusting plate method that Deere suggest used is not a good idea, I air test them to check adjustments,and they don't have a way to bench test like I do, a full operation test at system pressure. The poppets are $52 apiece, the upper O-ring kit is about $50, and the lower kit (coupler) is about $40 , I charge $90 to re-seal and bench test, I can do it while you watch and wait.
 
Tim, I will have to send it too you I live in Nebraska, I am using right now to feed but when spring comes and It has a break before haying I will contact you and maybe send it to you if that will work. Thanks for the info Brent.
