JD 290 planter tires

I was wondering what size tire the 290 planter used. I have some 6.00 and 6.50 16 inch tires I could put on it. It has 16 inch spoked rims.

Wish I had the spoked ones on my 290

I had a JD 490 planter back in the early 1980's and it still had
it's original multi-rib Goodyear 600-16 implement tires on it.
The owner's manual specified 550-16's for 290's and either
550-16's or 600-16's forn490's if it had the fertilizer
attachments.
