8630 blade

I am looking at buying an 8630 with jd front blade. Anyone know what that blade is worth. Would it be hard to resell the blade.

I would not advise buying an 8630 with a blade, they see way to much fore and aft shifting,, the sychronizers and shift system will be worn bad,,

For some reason there are a lot of those 30 series 4wd tractors round us in Manitoba Canada, that have 40 series motors fitted. not sure why, but I'm guessing there could also be a problem with motors. it's not uncommon to see this made a big point,when selling them used round here!

The primary problem with the 30 series engine was the cam shaft driven oil pump, the later engines have a "crank shaft" driven pump,,much better..

Al, if you were close to South Dakota I would be interested in the blade as I'm looking for one to fit my 7520 4wd.
