Hyd problem loader

Hello all,

I been having a hyd problem with my loader. Currently have it hooked to the remote on a 68 4020. Using a prince valve control. Lately the loader won"t go down. It will move up ok but not down. I hear no noise . When I try to move it down it just wiggles z little , like it tries or something .
I put the loader down. by loosening a line at remote let the oil drain and dump pressure . The 3 point arms work fine.
So I would think pressure is ok. Just not sure could the remote valve do this . Or is the prince control the problem . It failed a few times than worked for a little but now won"t work

Could be as simple as the oil control lever(parts key #37) on breakaway is in the off position. Lever(parts key #37) needs to be aimed away from hyd hose to be "ON"

Why do you plumb FEL hyd valve directly into tractor therefore freeing up breakaways for other tasks?

You should hook it into the tractor system at the fitting in front of the brake pedal and return to the trans filter bowl it sounds like the return oil is not going through your coupler or the SCV,, you will be impressed on how much better the loader preforms with the change

If these don't fix it..I have had the packings in the lift cylinders do strange things before by letting fluid leak by in one direction. Something thing to consider. Hope its simple and you figure it out.

Could be a hydraulic hose with a pucker in the inside lining. Acts like a one way valve.
Ditto on freeing up the rear SCVs and supply the loader properly .
