I just mounted a 237 John Deere picker to a John Deere A 1948 problem is that when I raise the picker up as soon as I let off lever it starts to lower by its self all the way down I used a John Deere cylinder with (hydraulic-stop type) it has two hoses that hook into the power trol on the left side into pioneer couplers not into the original outlets with funny couplers the book says that tractors with one way hydraulic must use a breather in the cylinder so could the power trol be bad? or bad cylinder? or just hooked up wrong? thanks for any advise Howard Parker
