B frame attachment points

Wondering what attaches to the front-side "key-hole" points. I thought would be for a chain-catch, to provide a pull from the rear, but the frame is too thick to act as a link-catch.

Obviously, I"m a newbie as far as implements go, my "45-B is more a homestead toy, mostly to pull a blade in the driveway. I am rigging a chain to help keep the blade angled so I can cut down a side-wise slope to the driveway, and produce a better crown.

Thanks!

If you mount a cultivator on the tractor the cone shaped alignment pins used those holes for the carriage bolt the cone used. chris
