Why the starter keep spinning after tractor start, the bendis does disengage. have to disconnect battery cable to stop.

In addition to burned contacts inside the solenoid, condition of the batteries and voltage drop in the supply and ground cables should be checked. Even if the solenoid or the contacts inside it are replaced, they will soon be ruined by the welding effect of extra current flow caused by weak batteries or faulty cables.

We are not talking about batteries being real low which would obviously result in a no start condition. A typical situation with the two battery series setup or the 4 battery arrangement in two-cylinder tractors is for one or more batteries to be strong and another weak which will still deliver quite a bit of current but at a slightly reduced voltage. The starter is an inductive rather than a resistive load. In addition to cranking, the starter is also a generator with counter electromotive force which diminishes as the starter slows, due to slightly lower voltage either from a weak battery or voltage drop in the cables or connections. As a starter approaches stall, current rises possibly welding the solenoid contacts together.
