A cast wheel

(quoted from post at 22:59:46 09/15/13) anyone know the weight of the late A cast rear wheel center? thanks
When I took the cast centers off one tractor to put on another, I measured the OD, made a guesstimate at an avg 1-1/2" thickness, so Πr2 (pi x radius squared) x 1.5 x .283 came out to 380 lb. I used the loader to pick and move them over, didn't actually set one on a scale, so I could easily be off by 50 lb, but they are heavier than I could wrestle by hand.

Dad used to help me lift them into postion. Maybe that's part of the reason I have a bad back ?
