John Deere 4850 powershift problem

Hello i have a John Deere 4850 and i change the oil from powershift.After I change the oil when couple R the tractor goes in face not in back.Can you help me?

I sounds like we may have a language barrier here,,it"s possible that the shifter is not letting the Forward/reverse shift take place, maybe a linkage problem, look under the right side of the cab while some one works the shifter to see what is happening, engine "off"
