JDB transmission vibration in high range only

I started noticing a vibration as I was seeding in 3rd gear. But the vibration only occurs under a very mild load. In the low range, in any gear there is no vibration. When I got out on the road to go home, I started out in 5th...no vibration as I have to climb a pretty steep hill to go home. At the top of hill I shift into high range and the vibration is back once I get it wound up. Input shaft bearing or one transmission shaft bearings? Which do you suspect? It feels more like a rumble so I think its a large ball bearing but I figured I would ask to get some input too.

Thanks

Well it seems to be happening in the High side,,possibly a hi/low planetary issue, if it was the PTO retainer it would be the same in hi and low...these things can be tough to nail down, but eliminating the little things can help pin down to a smaller list...

OOps I thought we were talking about the 4640,,Darn it, I just noticed the "B" in the post...

I usually blindly trust Tim S, but the planetary thing got me going. I would suspect a bad bearing or bushing.
