Replaced the balancer, the vibration is still there. Unhooked the hydraulic pump and loosened all the belts trying to remove any external vibration with no luck. Noticed that engaging pto did not change the vibration either. TimS shouldnt engaging the pto at least change the vibration? I"m not familiar at all with the permaclutch. Also, when feeling the motor, the vibration tends to be worse towards the front of the engine than the back. Now I"m worried it is something internal on the engine...

The PTO race will stay out in the fingers, the piston will still engage the PTO, but not fully, which you will not notice wit out a load,, and again this is not "for sure" but I have seen it several times,, I would split it and check the clutch out next...it could be other things in the clutch too..

Reaching out a little ,check the fan pulley for dirt in the back side, check fan belts for flat spot etc. (run with belts loose ) . Also could be flywheel bolts getting loose .
