I was wondering if anybody has installed a direction reverser into a
2030 8 speed that previously had neither the direction reverser or
Hi-Lo. How hard is it and how much it cost. Asking for a friend of
mine.

It would cost less money to keep the 2030 as it and purchase this .

Without doing a lot of parts research I think the clutch housing would have to be switched out plus a lot of internal parts. I think it would be cost prohibitive to add a reverser.

Tx Jim is right. Too much involved. Buy another tractor would be easier and cheaper.
