See on the manuals and books section of yesterdays someone has an add for a john deere porable bridge trussed grain eleavator never heard of that style. Buyer has 1935 anyone out here have any information on that style grain elevator?

Might be referring to the truss rods on each 10 (?) foot section. A 1930s JD factory video showing factory work refers to "bridge truss" in the commentary.

I have a brochure from February of 1954..it uses the term "bridge trussed" to describe the diaganally braced construction.

Ron, in Deere use the term in this case means the original galvanized elevator. While later elevators were also "bridge trussed" and made similarly they were painted, not galvanized. The undercarriage is the main difference besides paint. Mike
