JD 2010 leaking hydraulic fluid

Our JD 2010 has hydraulic fluid coming up the drive shaft and leaking out just below the steering wheel. What could be causing this. We recently replaced the power steering hydraulic line.

Can you explain what you mean by "coming up the drive shaft"? Which hose did you replace? There are at least 4 power steering lines I can recall. If the leak is under the dash area there are a number of things that could be causing it. A picture of the leak would get you a better response.

The one we replaced is the flexible one attached to the pump. It was running just fine until yesterday. There is no cap on the steering wheel where the nut is, the fluid is coming up the shaft.

I will guess that the seal(parts key#41) needs replacing
