I was in the beer brewing biz for a while. We were selling 'Home Brew' kits with real wort in a 'bag in the box' packaging setup. 6000 l stainless tank & hi-tech filling machine. The trick was the wort (beer before yeast added) could not be exposed to the air. Nitrogen filled the tank before and was introduced (12l at a time when packaging) My idiot brother took on a custom job to fill 200 l barrels, forgot to tell me and did not turn up the nitrogen top up - managed to collapse the tank into useless scrap. We no longer communicate.

dang, Im looking for a good old trailer like that for 28 percent on the farm ... but with out the wrinkles. Ooops.
